McAuliffe Park Sports
virtualInferno worked closely with the McAuliffe board of directors in preparing a friendly new logo and website. The design incorporates the different sports that are offered and the liveliness of green fields ready for a game. The website is driven by virtualInferno's custom content management system built in PHP & MySQL.
Various levels of administrators have access to update each page of the website, upload images & documents, create new pages, and add advertisements and sponsor images where they see fit.
An open-source event calendar was also integrated into the administration area which allows the McAuliffe web admins to identify game days & which teams are playing and when other special events are being held.
In the future, the downloadable PDF registration forms will be replaced by a true online registration system, along with a photo gallery, team creation, roster management and easy-to-use contact forms so parents know of last-minute cancellations as well as upcoming practices or team meetings.
