JEM Mortgage

JEM Mortgage, a Toronto-based mortgage broker, has been providing mortgages through their online mortgage application system for a number of years.

virtualInferno was given the maintenance contract for the JEM Mortgage website in 2004 and to this day continues to work with them to make regular updates and add new features. ASP drives the bulk of the front-end of the system, while ASP.NET has been used for the administration area. This allows the JEM staff to review new applicants and make decisions and recommendations with ease.

virtualInferno also provides all database maintenance services for their Microsoft SQL Server DB which drives the online application system.
