Marc Gabbana Concept Artist
Through a connection with The Branding Experts, Marc found virtualInferno and the process began. Being a designer himself, Marc took the time to prepare the design and layout for the website.
virtualInferno used their custom content management system as a foundation for the site, and then took off in an extremely creative direction for the different sections of Marc's website. A custom "portfolio management area" was developed to allow Marc to add new images to any of his various film/advertising/personal portfolios, with optional automatic thumbnail creation and a dynamic front-end navigation system which handles caching and pre-loaded images to increase response times for the user. As stated earlier, the rest of the site is managed through virtualInferno's custom CMS and allows for document and photo uploads and customization on a number of levels to the content of each page.
Marc also pays very close attention to detail, and therefore the style sheet for the site contains an extensive series of different text formatting so that each page is identical to Marc's original vision.
It was a privilege to work with Marc, as he pushed the envelope and helped to expand our potential.
